VENDORS and SPONSORSHIP

Vendor space is available at the Pride Festival. 

NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

For non-profit organizations or social service agencies, the spaces are free if you are only giving away your material.  If you want to have a commercial space at the festival, than there is a cost.  You must reserve your space with a $20.00 deposit.

We have a limited supply of tables available for use by non-profit agencies, requests are honored on a first asked for basis. 

 

COMMERCIAL VENDORS

Commercial vendors the cost of a space is $50.00 for an eight (8) foot space.  Water hook-ups also available upon request.   No electrical hook-ups.

 

NOTE: No sharing of vendor spaces.

Tables can be purchased through this webpage by clicking on the Paypal donate button to the left. to remit your payment.   In the information section note that you are purchasing/reserving table space, your name, your company/business and the  product you will be selling.  Please include webpage address if you have one.

  • Sponsorship on print literature of Pride Youngstown until January 1, 2011
  • Sponsorship acknowledge in all TV and radio commercials of Pride Youngstown broadcast until June 6, 2010
